Urban Initiatives, founded in 1983 by Elisabeth Rosenbaum, is a private consulting firm of specialists and analysts in urban policy and housing development who provide technical services on a national basis. The firm works with developers, investors, not-for-profit agencies and governments in the specialized areas of real estate finance and development, affordable and special needs housing, and policy/program development.
Urban Initiatives provides a comprehensive approach to the delivery of resources that addresses the complexities of housing development. Our focus is on the provision of technical services that expedite and maximize the development/finance processes. .
